I also went for a jog/run around Greenlake yesterday and then out for some salad at Zeeks. I ran about a 1/2 mile and walked the other 2. It's going to take some time before I can do more, but I will keep at it. Last night we also walked to downtown from Capitol Hill instead of taking the bus or a taxi, which was another 1 1/2 miles... lots of exercise and let me tell you my body is feeling it today! Not to mention I was wearing very uncomfortable shoes last night and now have 6 new blisters on my feet to prove it. I also have 3 new burns across my fingertips on my right hand from grabbing the hot iron (not knowing it was hot), and a nice deep cut down the side of my right hand from a screw that sticks out of my closet door. All this and still didn't smoke a online cigarettes! That's definitely something to be proud of!

I had a gig last night.  I tend to drink a fair amount of Coke while IТm waiting to go on, which means that by the time I get home IТm fairly wired and I wake up to go to the bathroom more frequently.  I got to bed around 2:30am.  Usually the last thing I do before brushing my teeth is grab a smoke on the front porch.  Our УcondoФ is a two family house, so thereТs the front door that leads into a little anteroom with the doors that lead to the two units.  Generally, I keep that front door closed but it was chilly so I cheated a little and kept the cigarette outside while I was more or less inside the anteroom.Around 3am I was up again needing to pee.  Walking out of the bedroom door I heard a crash in the front room.  I switched on the light and saw my laptop on the floor.  The cats were freaked out.  They dashed out of the room and into my oldest daughterТs bedroom.  And then I noticed the door to the anteroom slightly ajar.  And the unmistakable smell of smoke.  Suddenly, it all clicked.  Barack Obama had broken into my home, thrown my laptop on the floor, taken some buy marlboro from my inside coat pocket and smoke one.  When he heard me get up, he dashed out the door, scaring the cats.  There really is no other solution.

In Salzburg we went to the airport ready to board the plane, checked in, and went out to smoke our smoke cigarettes. I continued talking to her trying to explain that I have been cleared by Lufthansa doctor. I asked the clerk if she called Germany, and she said no, but she called Vienna. I asked her to call Germany and she complied. She got a hold of Lufthansa Germany who advised her that they did receive the fax from the doctor clearing me, but it was determined by their medical team that it was not enough and I need to have a psychological evaluation. She told me I cannot fly without a psychiatrist authorization.
